File Manager Features

File Manager
You can manage the file stored in the memory.
File box is the storage space per user, which is created in adding the user of Address Book
features.
File box is deleted in deleting the user, and the file box name can be changed using Edit User.
Stored file is deleted automatically every 3 days by default setting.
For the setting change, see P. 6-20 「Admin Tool - detailed description: Management」.

on the LCD home screen to switch to File Manager Mode:
